The Application Manager is a feature within License Control that helps teams assign specific applications to specific entities or parties and track whether they have been submitted.

The Application Manager feature is available under License Control --> Application Manager. Users will require the License Control permission to access this page. If you do have access to License Control, please contact your administrator.

To begin assigning applications to specific parties or entities, follow the below steps:

1. Navigate to License Control, then click on Application Manager.

1. Ensure Application Assignments is toggled On. This feature is an "Opt-In" feature for your entire organization.

1. Click Start Application

   

   1. Select the Business this project is associated with

   2. Select the License Agency this project is associated with

      1. If no License Agency exists, click on Add New.

         Note: The applications available will be based on the jurisdiction assigned to this License Agency

   3. Select the License Type.

      1. If no License Type exists, click on Add New.

   

2. To assign parties to the application. You can do it in two ways.

   1. From the main page, click Add Applicants and select the Application Manager to which you want to assign individuals.

      

   2. Click on the eye icon to go into the project and assign parties and entities by clicking the Assign Application button.

      

3. Once you are in the Create Application Assignments window, you will have five sections to fill in:

   1. Select the Disclosure Type

      • This will filter available applications to the specific disclosure type

   2. Select the Application

      • Active - Active applications are applications available for your organization

      • Inactive - Inactive applications are not currently assigned to your organization and within OneComply. Selecting these may incur additional fees for your organization.

      • You may also request applications that are not currently available from OneComply on this page.

   3. Please select the applicants to which this application applies. You can choose multiple applicants at once.

   4. (optional) toggle on to create assignment tasks for the invidual and select start/end dates. This will help them stay organizd.

   5. (optional) toggle on to notify the applicant that they are being added to the project.

4. Once a party or entity is assigned an application, this will be visible in their Applications page along with any supplemental sections that apply to this application.

5. Finally once the application is complete, toggle the submit button On.
