Providing Collaborator Access
Collaborators' access is a powerful feature that allows individuals to manage a key person's account. Collaborators can be added to any key person's account. Collaborators can input data, generate PDFs and manage files.
Collaborators can be internal employees or external people like lawyers, accountants, spouses, etc.

How to add a new collaborator
Navigate to the left navigation pane and select Manage. From the Manage drop-down, click on Users.
To add the new user, Select Add. Input the first and last name and select the Collaborator permissions below. Then click Save.
Adding a collaborator to a key person
Navigate back to the left pane. Go to Manage > Collaborators.
On this screen, click Add and scroll through the drop-down to find the person you wish to elect as a collaborator for your OneComply profile.
Once the selection has been made, click Save. The collaborator will now have access to the Key Person account.
Additionally, you can also give Collaborator access under Manage > Users. Click on the eye icon of the user and toggle the Collaborator switch On.
