Getting Started
To gain access to your organization's OneComply portal, you need to be invited by your administrator. An activation link will be sent to your email address upon receiving an invitation.
Steps to log in:
Click on the OneComply Activation Link in the invite email you received from OneComply.
If you did not receive an email, check your spam folder.
Enter a new password and click the Reset Password button. Click Return to Login, and you will be directed to input your newly created login credentials.
After inputting your new credentials, you will be directed to the multi-factor authentication screen, where you will further secure your account. Depending on your organization’s enabled options, you may have multiple options to choose from to secure your account: Authenticator App, One-Time code via Email or SMS message, or setup of a Security Key on the device you are accessing OneComply from most often.
To proceed with the Authenticator App method, scan the QR code using your preferred authenticator app, such as "Google Authenticator" or "Authy." Enter the one-time code in the OneComply "Secure Your Account" screen.
If you prefer to use another method, click Try Another Method.
If you select “Security Key” you will be prompted to setup a Security Key to your device if you don’t already have one created. This method uses biometric access (such as your fingerprint via touch ID) as your secondary authentication. You can reach out to your internal IT team if you have further questions about enabling this option.
Once the One-Time Authenticator code or alternative MFA has been accepted, you will be directed to your OneComply portal.
Note: if you do not see an option after the password screen, and are successfully logged in, your organization may have Single Sign-On enabled for your convenience.
