To gain access to your organization's OneComply portal, you need to be invited by your administrator. An activation link will be sent to your email address upon receiving an invitation.
Steps to log in:
Click on the OneComply Activation Link in the invite email you received from OneComply.
If you did not receive an email, check your spam folder.
Enter a new password and click the Reset Password button. Click Return to Login, and you will be directed to input your newly created login credentials.
After inputting your new credentials, you will be directed to the multi-factor authentication screen, where you will further secure your account. You have two options to secure your account: Authenticator App or SMS message.
Authenticator security that uses an authenticator app is more secure than using an SMS.
To proceed with the Authenticator App method, scan the QR code using your preferred authenticator app, such as "Google Authenticator" or "Authy." Enter the one-time code in the OneComply "Secure Your Account" screen.
If you prefer SMS, click Try Another Method and select SMS.
Once the One-Time Authenticator code or SMS Code has been accepted, you will be directed to your OneComply portal.
