How to Delete a user from your OneComply Portal


Only users with Manage permissions can delete uses from the OneComply Portal

  1. In your Onecomply Dashboard, head to the left pane and click the Manage drop-down. Then click on Users.

  1. Find the user you wish to delete by scanning the list or finding their name in the search bar on the top right. Once you find the user, click the eye icon next to their name.

3. Once you have landed on the user's profile, scroll down to the bottom of the page till you see the section Danger Zone. Here, you can click on the red Delete button.

  1. To confirm the deletion of their account, you will need to enter the email address of the listed user. Click Yes, Delete it, to process it.
