Creating a Compliance Task


Compliance tasks allow you to assign and track critical compliance activities. All compliance tasks will send automatic notifications to assignees and your compliance team.

  1. On the left-hand side click on License Control > Task Manager

  1. Click the Add button.

  1. Enter in the necessary information needed for the task, including Assignee, Start Date and Due date, and Status. Then click Save.

  1. You should see the task show up in the Task Manager table. You can filter tasks using the top. Assignees will get notified by email that there is a task to complete.

How to make the task recurring (optional)

  1. Re-open the newly created task.

  2. Click the Generate Task Recurrence button.

  3. Select the frequency you want this task to reoccur - eg: Monthly and press Save

Now you will see a year's worth of tasks that reoccur every Month

Additional Notes

Assignees of all tasks will be notified by email. You can also see a snapshot of open tasks in the License Control dashboard.
