Creating a new account is the first step to unlocking the features and services in your OneComply platform. Managing Users
On the left-hand navigation, select Manage, then Users
From here, you will see all of the accounts that have been created in your OneComply Portal.

Roles and permissions
Invitation status
If active monitoring is enabled
Adding new users
Click on Add New
Fill in the necessary information and apply for user roles. For more information on roles to assign, click this article.
3. Click save. Once the information has been entered, an email will be sent directly to the new user to register their account.
